When will my ad go up?
- Subscribers’ winning bidding ads will be placed on the first day of the following month of the winning bid.
- Subscribers’ tiered ads will be placed on the first day of the following month of activating the monthly subscription service.
When can I place a Bid?
- You can place a bid 10 days before the 1st of any Monthly calendar day.
- The winning bid will be selected on the last day of the 10 day opportunity to bid.
When will I know my bid is accepted?
You will be contacted by the e-mail from which you used to sign up for a subscription when your winning bid is accepted.
How do I make a change to my advertising information?
You can log in to your account and edit your information, contact us by E-mail, or call customer service.
When will the changes to the information I make become active?
The changes made to the information for the advertising will be automatic.
Who do I contact for billing?
- For billing questions, please contact Transparent Links customer service email or phone located at the bottom of this page or the third-party payment platform through which you made your payment.
- Stripe Subscription is an automatic renewal.
- Stripe Bidding is not automatic renewal.
Who do I contact to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by contacting Transparent Links and/or by removing your account information from the Transparent Links Website or App. You may also contact the third-party payment platform for any recurring fees that may have been implemented.
What happens if I do not win the bid for my ad?
- The bid amount will not be charged for non-winning bids.
- You have the option to choose a non-bidding subscription.
- Placement of non-winning bids will not automatically be placed into other subscriptions.

If You have concerns of trademark infringement, you can contact us through our e-mail contact@transparentlinks.com. You must obtain valid forms through proper administrations, such as a lawyer, for the reporting of such trademark or infringement acts that have occurred on the Transparent Links Website or App.. You can contact the proper administration for trademark infringement acts such as a lawyer or the other available services for reporting trademark infringement acts. All forms transferred though Transparent Links will be visible and may contain personal information. If you do not wish to have the forms visible you may file forms through an appropriate agent of your choice.
